Question 1 - "How do we get get started?"

Simple start by letting us know about the type of car you are looking for, if you have a trade and if you would like to access any finance options.

Question 2 - "What are the fees and charges?"

Once you are happy for us to go to tender you will only be charged our engagement fee, from $185 (inc GST) and that’s it. Brisbane Car Broker will receive a broker fee from the dealership so we don’t need to charge any more to you. When you are ready to buy your car we will assist you to pay the dealership a small deposit and then arrange your balance payment to go directly to the car dealership at delivery. In most cases we will even help you by picking you up and driving you to the dealership for your test drive and again for the delivery of your car. It’s that simple.

Question 3 - "How do you get my car for the lowest price?"

We will set a competitive tender process to find you the very best deal. You will get the best car at the best price.

Question 4 - "I have trade-in, will that make it complicated?"

No worries, we will arrange a valuation for you. Its a normal part of the process.

Question 5 - "Can my Dad help me out?"

Absolutely, happy to make sure everybody is well looked after. All we need to do is understand the car you are after and we can get you started looking for your perfect car. Question 6 - "Do you guys look after Tradies?"

Absolutely, just let us know what you need and we go from there.
